ok well i have a 19% bf and i want to get a six pack… im a 14 year old girl. Can someone help me i want to get it the quickest and reasonable way. im really athletic and already pretty muscular. what should i do?

Im going to start yoga class this weekend and im not sure as to what i should wear. I have a pair of black cotton leggings that are extremely comfortable and designed for yoga, but im not sure if i should wear them because of how tight they are. I usually just wear them around the house. Are yoga atmospheres open to men in leggings or should i invest in a pair of joggings pants instead?
